Well now you know - Mercado Little Spain. It's the latest adventure of José Andrés, Albert and Ferran Adrià, who wanted to create an authentic gastronomic space, in New York.

Anyone who wants to can now discover a space of 3,200m2 to taste genuine Spanish dishes at number 10 Hudson Yards.
Leña restaurant
If there's one icon of Spanish cuisine, it's paella. In the Leña restaurant you can eat paella cooked over a wood fire.

Various establishments will offer sandwiches, "patatas bravas", "churros", fried dishes, fruit and vegetables, milkshakes and pastries, ice cream, omelettes, serrano ham and cheese, tapas, pies, fish and octopus.
